hacker perk (it's in the #3 section) and a rocket gun (in the launchers under "secondary").
figured you'd be all over that.

that sucks. not having a radar pretty much eliminates the usefulness of "spotting" enemies.
hardcore mode does make some of the "weaker" guns more fun to use though.
